If you purchased your Drifter skateboard from one of our retail partners please communicate your return/warranty request with them directly – this is because all replacements are supplied via the store from which you purchased.  Please only submit a return/warranty request on this website if you purchased your board from driftercruisers.com.au.

We do not accept returns should you simply change your mind. We only accept returns where a manufacturing fault is present or damaged goods are received. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods received and notifying us via our contact page within seven days of receiving the item if there is any issues. Do not send the item back to us prior to making contact with a customer service representative and receiving return authorisation. Packages sent without return authorisation will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes.

If goods are faulty, please use the contact page to get in touch as soon as possible with a brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will give further instructions on availability of a replacement or refund on a case by case basis.
